These organic black mission figs pack a punch of fiber and are a great sweet treat to enjoy as a snack! You may notice what looks like a white powder on them. This is normal and just the natural fruit sugar that comes out onto the surface. 

These figs are sun-dried whenever possible, but if weather conditions do not permit, packers will use dryers and heated fans.
