Tired of sending your yard waste to the landfill but don't have a good way to compost it? Sign up for our yard waste pickup service! Just set your bagged/bundled yard waste at the curb by 9 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 7. We'll pick it up and take it to one of the composting facilities in town. In the event of rain or strong wind, we will be in touch about rescheduling.

All leaves, limbs, and other yard debris should be contained in paper lawn sacks or bundled with twine or jute. If you seal the bags, they should be sealed with masking or kraft paper tape. Please no plastic tape or duct tape. 

Bundles of branches should be no more than 4 feet long and 2 feet in diameter. They should be tied with twine or jute rope, not wire or tape. No one item should weigh more than 45 lbs.

You can also sign up for yard waste pickup on Oct. 24 or Nov. 21. A full launch of this program with regular collection service is anticipated for 2027.
