Approximately two pounds of apples grown by South Baldwin Farms in their orchard located 20 miles south of Lawrence.

Fuji apple a popular apple variety that is known for its sweetness, crisp texture, and long shelf life. Great all-purpose apple.

South Baldwin Farms does not follow organic practices, but they reduce pesticide usage via a variety of integrated pest management techniques. In addition, some of the pesticides they use are organic (OMRI certified), and they use drip irrigation to reduce water usage.
