The Topeka Sustainability Advisory Board (TSAB) is comprised of citizens appointed by the mayor to promote and advocate for policies that support sustainability. This specifically includes but is not limited to environmental assessment, waste reduction, recycling, energy conservation in the city of Topeka, and enhancing the quality of life by improving the City's efforts in these areas.

Meetings are typically held on the first Friday of each month at 4:00 pm on the first floor of the Cyrus K. Holiday Office Building – 620 SE Madison St., Topeka, KS 66607 – First Floor Conference Room. Changes to the meeting date or time will be indicated on the city calendar.
