Beauregards are traditional orange sweet potatoes. Harvested this fall and freshly cured. The longer they store, the sweeter they get!

Bonita's are white sweet potatoes, medium starch, nutty, and sweet.

Murasaki sweet potatoes are purple skinned, white fleshed and starchier and sweet.

Make chips, or bake them, or sauté some...what do you prefer? Other than to know they're grown by Sacred Sun Farm and Mellowfields Farm.
