Nutritional yeast is a light, flaky product with a mild, nut-like, slightly cheesy flavor and lots of added vitamins. Sprinkle it on popcorn or salads for an umami punch, or use it to season sauces, soups, cheese substitutes, and gravies. Combine with garlic and onion powders for a simple homemade bouillon. 

This nutritional yeast is Red Star's Primary Grown Vegetarian Support Formula (T6635+). The yeast is grown on enriched purified cane and beet molasses under carefully controlled conditions and then dried on drum dryers.

Store nutritional yeast in cool and dry conditions, away from sunlight, in a tightly closed container to prevent insect infestation.
