Kohlrabi
Kohlrabi
Piccalilli Farm
Ever had kohlrabi?! It's wonderful! Now's your time to try this wonder vegetable that's related to cabbage and broccoli but with a texture more like an apple or potato.
It can be eaten raw or cooked, and we're big fans!! A great texture builder in salad or stir fry, this lil' guy is more sweet and mild than a radish with super fresh flavor.
Green or purple kohlrabi coming from Piccalilli Farm and Sacred Sun Farm this week.
