Elderberries are distinctively tart and pair very well with spices like cinnamon, cloves, and allspice. They are commonly used for syrups, tonics, cobblers, and puddings. They are packed with antioxidents and may help lessen inflammation, lower stress levels, and ease cold symptoms. These organic berries are sun-dried (weather permiting). Note that they are very hard and will need to be cooked (unlike a moist dried fruit like raisins).
