Toothbrushes, toothpaste tubes and caps, floss containers, and the outer packaging for these products can be recycled at Full Circle Sustainability as part of the free TerraCycle program. 

Electric or battery-powered toothbrushes (including heads) are not accepted for recycling through this program. Electric toothbrush heads may be recycled as part of the paid TerraCycle program.  

You can recycle electric toothbrushes and chargers with electronics recycling. A few locations in Topeka provide free recycling for many types of electronics. Refer to the website or contact each location to confirm which items they accept.
