One half chicken (breast, wing, thigh, and drumstick)—delicious fried, roasted, broasted, braised, poached, grilled, broiled, or sautéed. Feeds 1-3 people and comes frozen. 

Half chickens are priced at $6.75 per pound.

Piccalilli Farm and Hidden Hill Farms raise their chicken on fresh pasture. This technique is not only great for the chickens, but it also helps increase the fertility and organic matter of the soil through the controlled spreading of the chickens' highly enriching manure as they move around the field. Piccalilli Farm's chickens are Freedom Rangers and Hidden HIll's are Cornish Crosses.
