This white cheddar is made with pasteurized milk and bits of red bell pepper, green bell pepper, onion, celery, carrots, pickles, and cauliflower. With all that inside, we think you can go ahead and count this cheese as a serving of vegetables! 

Wiebe cheese is made right on the farm from the milk of their herd of ~120 dairy cows in Durham, Kansas.
