One large block (16 oz.) of sharp cheddar cheese from Jason Wiebe Dairy. This classic yellow cheddar is made with pasteurized milk and aged up to 12 months. This aging period gives the cheese a strong flavor and craveable depth.

Wiebe cheese is made right on the farm from the milk of their herd of ~120 dairy cows in Durham, Kansas.
