One large block (16 oz.) of marbled colby cheese from Jason Wiebe Dairy. This high-moisture colby cheese is made with pasteurized milk and is great for melting. It is not aged at all, so it makes an approachable snack for any palate. 

Wiebe cheese is made right on the farm from the milk of their herd of ~120 dairy cows in Durham, Kansas.
