Crown B Bison raises Plains bison that are grass-fed on pasture and not treated with antibiotics. Their practices support the restoration of native grasses, and they do not use chemical fertilizers. Bison meat is similar beef but leaner and lower in cholesterol and saturated fat. See Crown B.'s tips for cooking with bison to make the most out of this delicious meat!
