Approximately two pounds of apples grown by South Baldwin Farms in their orchard located 20 miles south of Lawrence.

Pink lady apples are tart with a hint of sweetness and a crisp bite. The flesh is slow to brown, making it a great slicing apple that looks great on a charcuterie board. 

South Baldwin Farms does not follow organic practices, but they reduce pesticide usage via a variety of integrated pest management techniques. In addition, some of the pesticides they use are organic (OMRI certified), and they use drip irrigation to reduce water usage.
