Approximately 1.8 lbs. of autum crisp, crimson crisp, or jonathan apples grown by South Baldwin Farms. These apples have minor bruises or blemishes but would be great for baking or if you'll be chopping them up anyway.  

South Baldwin Farms does not follow organic practices, but they reduce pesticide usage via a variety of integrated pest management techniques. In addition, some of the pesticides they use are organic (OMRI certified), and they use drip irrigation to reduce water usage.
