Approximately 1.8 pound of mixed apples grown by South Baldwin Farms. Varieties will include fuji, gala, and honeycrisp. 

South Baldwin Farms does not follow organic practices, but they reduce pesticide usage via a variety of integrated pest management techniques. In addition, some of the pesticides they use are organic (OMRI certified), and they use drip irrigation to reduce water usage.
