Approximately two pounds of apples grown by South Baldwin Farms in their orchard located 20 miles south of Lawrence.

Evercrisp is a hybrid of honeycrisp and fuji apples. It is exceptionally crunchy and juicy with a sweet flavor that is excellent for eating raw as well as baking 

South Baldwin Farms does not follow organic practices, but they reduce pesticide usage via a variety of integrated pest management techniques. In addition, some of the pesticides they use are organic (OMRI certified), and they use drip irrigation to reduce water usage.
