One half gallon apple cider made from honeycrisp apples grown and pressed by South Baldwin Farms at their orchard located 20 miles south of Lawrence.

South Baldwin Farms does not follow organic practices, but they reduce pesticide usage via a variety of integrated pest management techniques. In addition, some of the pesticides they use are organic (OMRI certified), and they use drip irrigation to reduce water usage.
