These organic Turkish apricots are partiallly sun-dried, pitted by hand, then mechanically washed and dried in the oven to maintain the optimum moisture content. No sulfur dioxide or sulfates are used in the drying process. The result is a product that's soft and tasty but not as vibrantly orange as some dried apricots from the grocery store. 

    Sourced from Azure Standard; grown in Turkey.
