Fix-It Clinic

One of the best things you can do to be a more conscientious consumer is repair broken products instead of buying new ones. Repair keeps stuff out of the landfill, prevents natural resources from going toward the production of new stuff, and supports craftspeople with the skills and expertise to fix things. Plus, repair is empowering! But it can be hard to find repairpeople these days, and many of us don't have the skills to make repairs ourselves.

The Full Circle Fix-It Clinic matches handy volunteers with people who have stuff that needs fixing:

  • small applicances
  • lamps
  • electronics
  • clothing
  • jewelry
  • furniture
  • other miscellaneous items you think could be fixed if you found the right person to fix it!

Volunteers donate their time and knowledge so that repairs can be provided free of charge. Monetary donations are accepted to support Full Circle and future Fix-It Clinics.

Fix-It Clinics are held in the gym of the CRC CARE Center @ Stout (2303 SW College Ave.). Time of day is forthcoming.

Dates for 2025:
